George Tsekouras 

During his surgical training, he was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) for his experimental work on the Knee Osteoarthritis.

He is an English trained Orthopedic Surgeon who worked for 4 years (1990 – 1994) at N.H.S, in several Orthopedic Hospitals in Midlands, U.K. In January 1994 he was appointed for 8 months in “Leto” Maternity hospital, Athens, working on Ultrasonography screening in newborns with Congenital Hip Dysplasia.

Since October 1994 has been working as full time private Orthopedic Consultant at “Mykonian Hygeia Medical Centre”, in Mykonos Island, Greece of which he is a co-founder.

Great interest and care has been given all those years while practicing in Mykonos Island, to responsible handling and treating of paediatric and adult cases.
